To insure excellence in real estate services, we have implemented an innovative new team approach to assist our clients throughout the home-buying or selling process.
Having a group of people to work on our client's behalf when a home is being bought or sold means that nothing is left to chance. Each member of our group has their own specific responsibilities that will help to insure a smooth process in the purchase or the sale of real estate. As experienced real estate professionals, our responsibility is to list and sell real estate, negotiate all offers, find solutions for problems which arise in the course of a transaction, provide council to clients, and manage a marketing campaign for our listings, and network with real estate agents for the benefit of our clients.
There are many other things which must be accomplished in the course of a real estate day, and that is where the group comes in to provide the necessary support. They assist in meeting all the deadlines for our advertising campaign, track all showings, report feedback to clients, generates weekly reports to keep our sellers well informed about the marketing of their home. We are constantly doing mail outs on new listings and just sold properties.
Once a contract has been signed, the work then just begins for the group. They follow the transaction through until closing, coordinating all of the details with the cooperating real estate agent, lender, title company, attorney, inspectors, repairmen and buyer and/or seller. The group also assumes responsibility for getting all listings properly prepared for putting on the market. Our Relocation Manager assists Buyers and Sellers moving in or out of this area.
The group's approach to providing better real estate services is being implemented by top producing agents throughout the country. Of course, there are many ways to measure success. Referrals of friends, family and business associates from our clients is such a terrific compliment.
