 Richard DeMaio is the Marketing Manager / Coordinator for The DeMaio Realty Group. Richard is a licensed real estate agent. With his background in advertising, public relations and marketing research, writing, and copyediting, Richard is a valuable addition to The DeMaio Realty Group. He manages all aspects of marketing the team - be it print advertising, direct mail and client follow-up programs, expanding our internet presence, developing public relations, developing our preferred vendor program, and much more. He is also responsible for such tasks as photographing homes, designing custom brochures, maintaining the DeMaio Realty Group multiple websites, advertising with various newspapers and magazines, and keeping sellers abreast of listing activity. | |

Suzanne DeMaio is part-owner and has helped start and build the Keller Williams market center here in St. George. Suzanne has also created a Group to continue to provide excellent service to her clients as her business grew rapidly year after year. Suzanne is a Listing Specialist for the DeMaio Realty Group, and she attends all Listing Appointments and participates in all Listing Presentations She works through all contract negotiations, and attends each Listing Closing. She leads the group to the highest of standards and expectations. Suzanne was born in France and raised in Paris.
